Staying at Art'Otel Amsterdam was a unique experience. The location is really good, right across from Central Station, making it easy to explore the city. I appreciated the artsy decor and the spacious room, although the spa could use some updates to compete with the overall vibe. Overall, it was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist.

My room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. However, I noticed that the shower could have used a bit of scrubbing to enhance cleanliness.

The staff at the hotel truly made my stay better. They were not only friendly but responsive, accommodating my requests, and even offered to move my room when necessary due to noise from construction outside.

My stay at Art'Otel Amsterdam was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the location is fantastic, super close to Central Station, making it easy to explore. The room was quite spacious and had a stylish vibe, although it lacked adequate natural light. The service was friendly, but I did have a few hiccups with billing and cleanliness that dampened the experience.
